EVChargaâ„¢ Connectors
The basic EVCharga™ are equipped with a fixed cable and a Type 1 or a Type 2 connector. Type 1 is normally used for connection to Japanese cars, while Type 2 is used for connection to European vehicles. Type 2 connector is the most common for EVs in Australia. EVCharga™ have small dimensions, easy to install, user friendly and above all safe.
EVChargaâ„¢ Types
For charging at home and at the workplace, 1-phase charging is the most common option and that are installed in public locations primarily offer charging via the standardised Type 2 socket outlet. EVCharga™ can deliver up to 22 kW per connector to every electric car equipped with a Type 2 plug. The choice is yours – a basic charger or one that is connected to the cloud.
